The Capes Higher Education & Training Forum was a first step in a staged approach to determine the issues, opportunities and challenges associated with further development of higher education services in the Capes Region of Western Australia.
Held on the 4th February 2011, some 200 delegates participated in workshops and panel discussions exploring key issues of demand, sustainability, economics and the future of education in the south west with presentations from key note speakers
