This has created the need for a formal Event Policy and application process. If you are planning an event please refer to the below Event Policy to determine if your event is required to complete this formal process.

City of Busselton Surfing Events

The City of Busselton Surfing Events and Competition Policy (SECP) was adopted by Council on 22 September 2010.  This policy will be used to manage and administer the number and types of competitive Surfing Events utilising City of Busselton managed reserves. If you are an event organiser interested in holding a new surfing event on City of Busselton managed land in 2011 please complete and submit a Surfing Event Ballot Application Form by 5 November 2010.  A PDF copy of this form can be accessed by clicking on the link below.  You can also contact the Recreation Officer at the City of Busselton on 08 9781 0356 or jeremy.oneill@busselton.wa.gov.au to discuss your application.
