The Shire of Busselton undertakes the key coordination role of Leavers Celebrations in the South West. A program of harm minimisation is planned, implemented and managed in collaboration with the Office of Crime Prevention, WA Police, state and local organisations, youth organisations, local accommodation providers and community members.

Leavers Community Appreciation Fund
Funding is available for the Dunsborough Community.
The Leavers Community Appreciation Fund was established to provide a return to the Dunsborough community following Leavers celebrations in the area.
Non-government and not for profit groups are invited to apply for funding for initiatives that benefit the Dunsborough community.
Two rounds are offered each year. The next round of funding will be open on 1 October 2009, with applications closing on 30 November 2009. Successful applicants will be notified by 15 December 2009.
