Delegations Register

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, both the Council and the Chief Executive Officer have the ability to delegate powers or duties; Council to the CEO or a Committee and the CEO to other officers.  It is a requirement that a register of delegations is maintained and that delegations are periodically reviewed.

The Council can also delegate powers to officers in accordance with other statutes.  The attached register is the record of the powers and duties that have been delegated in the Shire of Busselton.
