Council Meetings
Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. However, only one meeting is held in January (the fourth Wednesday) and December (second Wednesday). On the Wednesday preceding each Council meeting, there is opportunity to address the Councillors during a Community Access Session on any item on the agenda, or any other matter of business of the local government.
Some items that appear on a Council agenda may not be debated at a meeting and will be determined via a single resolution of the Council. Those items to be debated will be identified prior to the meeting via notification from Councillors. Prior to the meeting information on any alternative motions that will be proposed is available, as well as information on those items that will be determined via a single resolution of Council.
Information on Council meeting processes and procedures are available from Lynely on 9781 0451 or at lynley.rich@busselton.wa.gov.au.
Information relating to Community Access Sessions and Presentations by Parties with an Interest is available from Fiona Anderson on 9781 0333 or at fiona.anderson@busselton.wa.gov.au. All documents associated with each Council meeting are available on this site.
