The City of Busselton is pleased to invite interested 'Not for Profit' organisations to submit Expressions of Interest for the available campsites at the Locke Estate. The EOI documentation can be obtained by registering your organisation's details below. When you register your details you will be sent an email providing you with a link to the EOI documentation.
The EOI closes at 2pm 10 January 2012.

Background
The Locke Estate is a 37ha parcel of Crown land located on Geographe Bay, approximately 10 km west of Busselton. The site is an 'A' class reserve with the purpose of 'Recreational Camp Sites and Group Holiday Accommodation'. The State of WA has granted a Management Order over the reserve to the City of Busselton.
Historically, the reserve has been sectioned into campsites and leased to a number of different community groups. All the current leases expire in November 2011 and most of the 15 current lessees have committed to a new lease for a further 21 years. Two organisations, however, did not take up the offer of a new lease and therefore these two sites together with a third already vacant site are now being publicly offered for lease.
