Bookings - Public Open Space 

If you are planning an event, wedding ceremony, school excursion, function or an informal gathering at a Shire of Busselton managed park or reserve, please ensure that you make a booking so that you are fully aware of what is permitted at each facility. By you booking a facility the Shire can ensure that the location is not double-booked and that routine maintenance is not in progress.

Facility Profiles

Shire staff are currently undertaking the task of putting together profiles of Busselton's parks & reserves for the public's information. These profiles include information about:

• Electricity
• Water
• Bins
• BBQ's
• Toilets
• Picnic Tables

 More profiles will be added as they are completed.

How to Make a Booking:

To confirm your booking you will need to submit a completed booking form and pay any booking fees if they apply. Please click on the links below to access the forms required:

1. Facility Hire Form - Public Open Space - Electronic form (This booking form can be completed electronicaly or printed and completed.  The form must be printed and signed before being submitted).

2. Credit Card Authority Form (you can pay by cash, credit, cheque or money order).
