Bookings - Public Open Space 

If you are planning an event, wedding ceremony, school excursion, function or an informal gathering at a City of Busselton managed park or reserve, please ensure that you make a booking so that you are fully aware of what is permitted at each facility. By you booking a facility the City can ensure that the location is not double-booked and that routine maintenance is not in progress.

Facility Profiles/Schematics

City staff are currently undertaking the task of putting together profiles of Busselton's parks & reserves for the public's information. These profiles include information about:

• Electricity
• Water
• Bins
• BBQ's
• Toilets
• Picnic Tables

 More profiles will be added as they are completed.

How to Make a Booking:

For further information or if you wish to make a booking please contact the Senior Customer Information Officer - Bookings on (08) 9781 0383 or by   E-mail: bookings-customerservice@busselton.wa.gov.au To confirm your booking you will need to submit a completed booking form and pay any booking fees if they apply. Please click on the links below to access the forms required:

1. Facility Hire Form (The form must be printed and signed before being submitted).

2. Credit Card Authority Form (you can pay by cash, credit, cheque or money order).

• Sir Stewart Bovell Sporting Complex (Bussell Hwy, Busselton)
• Dunsborough Playing Fields (Dunsborough Lakes Drive, Dunsborough)
• Churchill Park (Adelaide Street, Busselton)
• Barnard Park (Marine Tce, Busselton)
• Lou Weston Oval (Cnr Dorset & King Street, Busselton)
