Council invites public comment on the following development application which is presently under consideration:
PROPERTY: PROPOSED LOT 1 BEING LOTS 90 & 91 (HSE 140 & 142) GIFFORD ROAD, DUNSBOROUGH
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 4 Grouped Dwellings
The proposal is advertised pursuant to Clause 58 (b) of District Town Planning Scheme No. 20 which gives the Shire discretion to permit residential development at an increased density, subject to public advertising.
The proposal in this instance is increasing the zoning density from Residential R15 (requiring 666m² average per unit) to Residential R30 (requiring 300m² average per unit).
