Senior Building Surveyor
This position provides specialist technical information on building and related matters. It ensures efficient processing of building applications complying with relevant Acts and Codes prior to building license approval and inspects buildings under construction for compliance with approved plans.
To be successful you must have:
- Level 1 Building Surveyor’s Certificate of Qualification or;
- Level 2 Building Surveyor’s Certificate of Qualification and minimum 5 years experience in building surveying with local government
- Highly developed customer service skills
