The purpose of the Environment Reference Group is to monitor the progress, and assist implementation, of the City of Busselton Environment Strategy and to provide a forum for discussion of environmental issues in the City.
Dog Attacks End in Court - May, 2 2013
Several incidences of dog attack were listed in the Busselton Magistrates Court on Tuesday (30/4), the outcomes of which reflect the need for responsible dog ownership. Our community is not prepared to tolerate dog attacks and irresponsible dog ownership.
In one instance a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, which was being walked by a friend of the owner, attacked a Husky.
Fish deaths a sad but important reality hit
Many of you would have found it difficult seeing the thousands of dead fish in the Vasse estuary, at Wonnerup. I agree that this is not a sight we want to see or we want our City to be renowned for.
