Busselton Jetty Swim - Notice to All Competitors and Spectators
Sunday 8 February 2009 Start Time 8am
Due to the large number of spectators and crowds expected to attend the event and walk out along the Jetty, the Shire of Busselton will be closing the Jetty from approximately 7am at the fisherman's landing mark until after the start of the event.
Community Input Sought for Busselton Foreshore Management Plan - 27 January 2009
Members of the community are encouraged to put forward their views during the development of a draft foreshore management plan for the Geographe Bay foreshore area between Scout Road and Ford Road, Busselton at an informal meeting held on Sunday 1st February 2009 and Thursday 5th February 2009.

The Busselton Shire President, Cr Wes Hartley has welcomed the outcomes of an historic Local Government Summit, held in Melbourne from 8th-11th December, which examined improving Australia's constitution for future generations.
