The completion of a Scheme Review is a significant initiative involving formulation of a 'Local Planning Strategy' leading to a new ‘Local Planning Scheme' over a 3-5 year time frame. Given the timeframes involved in preparation and finalisation of the Scheme, the Scheme Review Process is likely to extend from 2007 - 2011.
