Pursuant to Clause 103 of District Town Planning Scheme No. 20 the Council has adopted, for the purposes of community consultation, the draft "Busselton Town Centre Urban Design  Policy".

The Shire has embarked on a significant process of change and improvement in relation to its land use planning process responsibilities. 

From time to time Council will, in accordance with Clause 103 of the Town Planning Scheme No 20, adopt revised Planning Policies.  The following pages provide advice of the revisions made.

The Busselton Town Centre Guide Plan has been prepared for the Shire of Busselton by a Project Team consisting of Planning Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd, Sasha Ivanovich and Associates Pty Ltd, Architects, Ecoscape Pty Ltd, and Riley Transportation Pty Ltd, in response to a project brief issued by Council for the future vision of the town centre of Busselton.

The Study makes a series of assessments and recommendations in response to a thorough analysis of the town centre, a series of Community Consultation processes, and additional directions from the Council of the Shire of Busselton.
