The City of Busselton's Local Planning Policy Manual was adopted by the Council on the 10 March 2010. It comprises nine (9) local planning policies, currently in force under District Town Planning Scheme 20 (the Scheme).

Pursuant to Clause 103 of District Town Planning Scheme No. 20 the Council has adopted, for the purposes of community consultation, the draft "Busselton Town Centre Urban Design  Policy".

The City has embarked on a significant process of change and improvement in relation to its land use planning process responsibilities.

From time to time Council will, in accordance with Clause 103 of the Town Planning Scheme No 20, adopt revised Planning Policies.  The following pages provide advice of the revisions made.
