Local Environmental Planning Strategy

The Local Environmental Planning Strategy (LEPS) is being formulated to provide a long term strategic land use planning framework for sustainable urban growth in the Shire. The LEPS will identify spatial planning units with specific environmental, natural resource management and coastal planning objectives. The LEPS will form an important component of the Shire's Local Planning Strategy and underpin revised zoning proposals for a new Local Planning Scheme.
