Local Settlement Planning Strategy

The Local Settlement Planning Strategy (LSPS) will be formulated to provide a long term strategic land use planning framework for future settlement patterns and growth in the Shire. The LSPS will address the provision of sustainable land use for: future urban development; housing; infrastructure and transport. The LSPS will form an important component of the Shire's Local Planning Strategy and underpin revised zoning proposals for a new Local Planning Scheme. Tenders are currently being called for the preparation of the LSPS
