The Council has endorsed a number of other planning guidance documents and strategies which the City will also have due regard to in the consideration of planning applications and proposals.

The Local Planning Scheme should be read in conjunction with the Scheme Maps, State Planning Policies and the applicable Local Planning Policies and Strategies. See listed documents below.
