Social Plan

City of Busselton Social Plan

“A healthy, safe and welcoming community, with a robust economy that provides for a vibrant living place with a diverse range of recreational, educational and cultural activities that are accessible to the whole community.”

The Plan identifies existing and future social issues and opportunities and priority actions for the City, government and non-government agencies and community groups for how we can work together to manage the changing and growing needs of our community. This provides strategic guidance for project delivery by the City, within community services and across the organisation, relating to the following areas:

  • Recreation and Leisure Services
  • Transport
  • Community Health and Wellbeing
  • Seniors and Ageing
  • Youth Services
  • Children and Family Services
  • Education and Learning
  • Community Safety
  • Culture
  • Business, Industry and Employment

A copy of the plan can be found at bottom of this page.
