Council meetings are usually held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month unless Council is in recess. On the Wednesday preceding each Council meeting, there is an opportunity to address the Councillors during a Community Access Session on any item on the agenda, or any other matter of business of the local government.
Council agenda items are published in the Council for the Community section of the local paper and are available online.
Some items that appear on a Council agenda may not be debated at a meeting and will be determined via a single ‘en bloc’ resolution of the Council. Those items to be debated will generally be identified prior to the meeting via notification from Councillors.

Supplementary Items can be included in a Council meeting up to 72 hours before the meeting and will be available to the public. see the Supplementary Documents at the bottom of this page
