Animals and Health Local Laws
With a mix of residential and rural properties within our City, a variety of animals may be kept on premises. It is important to understand what animals you can keep on your property and the requirements associated with keeping them, ensuring adequate care of the animal and public health.
The City's Health Local Laws restrict and regulate the keeping of poultry, pigeons, birds, bees, roosters and large animals. Please refer to the Guidelines - Keeping of Animals and Health Local Laws.
