(Past Event)

Bring your friends and family and enjoy a picnic while listening to the sweet sounds of Maya Ixchell.

Maya Ixchell has been performing for the last seven years and in that time has cemented herself as an upcoming name to watch in the Western Australian music scene. She has been a regular performer at the Nannup Music Festival, opened for well-known artists such as the Hoodoo Gurus, Jon Stevens, Kallidad, Don’t Change – Ultimate INXS, Fieldsy and Mitchell Martin, toured up north playing shows all the way from Perth-to-Broome, released five singles which have accumulated over 85,000 streams, and was even shortlisted for The Voice Australia in 2016.

Regularly being compared to some of her favourite musical influences and songwriters such as Missy Higgins and Taylor Swift – Maya Ixchell loves incorporating her own experiences into her music and sharing the emotions and stories with her audience.

Kicking off 2022 with a bang – Maya Ixchell shared a festival line-up with huge names such as Angus & Julia Stone, Illy, and Hermitude in April for Out of The Woods Festival. She has just released a brand new single The Bridge on all streaming services which focuses on the aftermath of losing a loved one.
