Radiance Festival and Big Pram walk

During Peri natal anxiety and Depression week we have our Radiance festival to show case what we are doing in our local community to support our parents transitioning into parenthood.
We bring agencies and community supports together to show case what they do in helping with the transition to parenthood. We also have some fun; dancing, face painting a group yoga session before we walk.
We also have a local Mum or Dad who have experienced PND share their experience to show that this actually affects one in 5 mums and one in ten dads in our community .
Our aim is to bring our community together to show we care , we are here and we are listening.
