Signal Park Sellathon is on again!

Published on Thursday, 24 February 2022 at 2:13:09 PM

The City of Busselton is gearing up for the annual Signal Park Sellathon, the popular second hand goods market to be held at Signal Park on the Busselton Foreshore on Saturday, 12 March.

Declutter your house of items that no longer spark joy for you and convert them to cash. Or come as a shopper to hunt for a bargain, delight in a fabulous find, support re-use and mingle with your community.

It’s free to join as a seller. Simply register your stall online at Event Brite or alternatively, a paper registration form is available from the City Administration Building at 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

The theme of the market is re-use and reduce waste to landfill, so please only bring second hand goods such as books, furniture, toys, kitchenware, tools, sporting goods and other household items.

Don’t forget to BYO your re-usable shopping bags and coffee cup. Food vendors include a sausage sizzle hosted by the Vasse Lions Club. There will also be free, hands-on children’s activities, school displays and much more.

We look forward to seeing you there. Sellers admitted at 7am. Buyers from 8am- 12pm.

Objectives outlined in this statement are aligned with Key Goal Area 3 in the City of Busselton’s Strategic Community Plan (Review 2019): Environment that is values, conserved and enjoyed and Key Goal Area 2 Places and Spaces that are vibrant, attractive and affordable.

Ends. Media enquiries can be directed to media@busselton.wa.gov.au
