Community groups gathered with the City of Busselton and other key stakeholders to celebrate the sod turning at 61 Dunn Bay Road, Dunsborough last week.
The development will comprise micro-brewery, coffee roastery, kitchen and relaxed dining and will blend indoor and outdoor spaces, including a substantial green-scaped alfresco - all catering for the local Dunsborough community and tourism market.
The project will also assist with a current shortfall of accommodation in Dunsborough town centre, delivering 18 private and low-lying cabins that will sit amongst the already established vegetation on site, providing unique and experience-led stays.
The development is scheduled for completion in summer 2022.
