ANNUAL RATES - 2021/22 Financial Year

The City has issued the 2021/22 financial year annual rate notices. These rate notices were sent electronically via email or BPay View or Australia Post.
Please contact the City via email at city@busselton.wa.gov.au or on (08) 9781 0444 if you have not received your rate notice by now.

If you wish to receive your future annual and/or instalment notices electronically then please visit www.busselton.wa.gov.au/electronic-rates for information on how to register.

Payment of the 2021/22 annual rates will be possible via any one of the following five options:

OPTION 1                   
In full (Direct Debit available) on or before the 10th September 2021 OR

OPTION 2
Four Instalments (Direct Debit available) where the 1st instalment is paid on or before the 10th September 2021 OR

OPTIONS 3 or 4 or 5   
EasyRates weekly or fortnightly or monthly instalments by Direct Debit where successfully registered at onlineservices.busselton.wa.gov.au/eproperty  on or before the 8th

September 2021. (NOTE: These instalment amounts can only be paid by Direct Debit and no other payment method.)

If you are unable to meet one of these payment options then please contact the City via email at city@busselton.wa.gov.au or on (08) 9781 0444, prior to the 10th September 2021, to make a special payment arrangement.

Local residents and businesses experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic may be able to access relief from City of Busselton in the areas of rates, leases (on property owned by the City of Busselton), fees and charges.
