Economic Development & Marketing Grants Program

The City’s new Economic Development & Marketing Grants Program 2023/24 Round 2, open for applications on Friday 1 December 2023.

These grants support and facilitates programs, services and projects that contribute to the City of Busselton's economic, social, environmental and cultural development.

Note: Privately owned businesses operating on an expected profit base are NOT eligible.

There are two streams of funding available:

Economic Development and Marketing Grants

• Grants from $1,000 up to a maximum of $30,000 per application.
• Funding requests of $10,000 and above require confirmed 50% matched funding - this can be made up of cash and qualified in-kind contributions.

Economic Development and Marketing Quick Response Grants

• These grants are designed to provide an agile response to small projects and activations.
• Grants of less than $1,000.00.
• Easy application process, easy acquittal process.
• No need for applicants to provide matched funds.

All applications must demonstrate alignment with identified Economic Development Strategy 2022-27 Priorities (see website link below).
