Published on Friday, 14 January 2022 at 10:14:00 AM

The City of Busselton is calling for Expressions of Interest (EoI) from Higher Education Institutions to establish and operate a learning or study hub within the premises of 38 Peel Terrace, on Lot 73, Busselton WA 6280.

The City seeks to attract a higher education institution to activate this City owned property and to generate new educational opportunities for residents of the South-West region, in line with the City’s Economic Development Strategy 2016-2026. The City has identified an opportunity for a higher education study hub, including on-line learning programs within the region and is offering the premises of 38 Peel Terrace, Busselton for this specific purpose. The prospect of a study hub will greatly attract and support regional and online learning opportunities that reflect current learning practices.

Expression of Interest opened 14th January and closes 5pm 4th February 2022.

At the close of the advertising period, all applications will be assessed by a panel of City of Busselton Officers from the Economic Development, Legal and Property, and Development Services business units.  Applications will be assessed against the criteria as presented within the application process.
