Notice of Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with s.5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Busselton hereby gives public notice of a General Meeting of Electors.

The meeting will be held on Monday, 31 January 2022 in the Undalup Room, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton (access from Causeway Road, Busselton). The purpose of this meeting is to consider the City of Busselton 2020-2021 Annual Report and the 2020-2021 Annual Financial Statements and any other business.

The City of Busselton 2020-2021 Annual Report is available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building, the Busselton and Dunsborough libraries and on the City’s website at www.busselton.wa.gov.au/annual-reports 

This meeting will be held at 5.30pm and all members of the public are encouraged to attend.

Members of the public can ask a question about any issue relating to the business of the City. Early submission of questions using this form, particularly complex questions, allows the City time to research and prepare a response. Electors must be present at the meeting to ask their question. If an Elector is not present to ask their question, it will be responded to administratively. The Presiding Member may nominate an Officer to answer the question or determine that any complex question requiring research be taken on notice and answered in writing.
