Busselton Foreshore Toddlers Playspace

This playspace offers a sensory rich environment themed around Busselton’s rail history designed especially for our youngest residents and visitors.

At the centrepiece you will find a refurbished length-runner trolley (also known as a ‘ganger’) which was once used to undertake maintenance along the Busselton Jetty rail line. Children are also welcome to climb aboard the old Busselton Jetty carriage.

Both the jetty train carriage and length-runner trolley were refurbished by Busselton Men’s Shed volunteers. They’ve done a wonderful job sandblasting and repainting the equipment and replacing and refurbishing all the timber elements.

Busselton Lions Club, kindly contributed financially to assist with purchasing the play equipment.
