Community Access Sessions

Community Access Sessions (CAS) are held the first and third Wednesday of each month, unless Council are in recess.

You can raise for discussion any topic you are passionate about or you think needs to be heard.

CAS are an informal opportunity for the public to present to, or ask questions of Council. It is not a forum for debate and decisions are not made at CAS. The public should not rely on statements made at CAS as being a position of Council.  Councillors and officers do not generally have notice of the matters to be raised and therefore information should not be relied upon without verification.

CAS is audio recorded and a link can be found under each session below. There may be parts of a CAS that are not audio recorded at the request of a member of the public. Recording of CAS will remain available to the public for a period of 3 months from the date of the CAS.
