Ratepayers can call our 24-hour secure payment line on 1300 276 468. Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted. You will need to enter your Property Reference Number.

In Person

You can pay your rates in person at City of Busselton Civic Administration Building at 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Present your Rates Notice to the cashier.  Payments can be made via EFTPOS, cash, Mastercard or Visa card.

Option 1 - Pay in Full

Pay our annual rates notice full amount plus any **overdue interest on or before 20 September 2024 via any payment method stated on the annual notice or by direct debit by completing and submitting this form on or before 18 September 2024. By submitting of this form will mean that this and future annual rating assessments will be paid In Full by direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date. 

(** A new full payment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should be obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the full payment amount will be increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 2 - Pay in 4 Instalments

Pay via four instalments on the following dates:

1. 20 September 2024
2. 20 November 2024
3. 20 January 2025
4. 20 March 2025

Pay your annual rates notice 1st instalment amount plus any **overdue interest on or before 20 September 2024 via any payment method stated on the annual notice or by direct debit by completing and submitting this form on or before 18 September 2024. By submitting of this form will mean that this and future annual rating assessments will be paid via 4 Instalments by direct debits until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date. 

(** A new 1st instalment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should be obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the 1st instalment amount will be increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 3 - EasyRates Weekly

To elect this option will require completion and submission of this form on or before 18 September 2024. By submitting of this form will mean that this and future annual rating assessments will be paid via weekly direct debits until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.  Weekly direct debits will be processed on the following dates.

Option 4 - EasyRates Fortnightly 

To elect this option will require completion and submission of this form on or before 18 September 2024. By submitting of this form will mean that this and future annual rating assessments will be paid via fortnightly direct debits until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.  Fortnightly direct debits will be processed on the following dates.

Option 5 - EasyRates Monthly 

To elect this option will require completion and submission of this form on or before 18 September 2024. By submitting of this form will mean that this and future annual rating assessments will be paid via monthly direct debits until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.  Monthly direct debits will be processed on the following dates.
