Ratepayers can call our 24-hour secure payment line on 1300 276 468. Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted. You will need to enter your Property Reference Number.

In Person

You can pay your rates in person at City of Busselton Civic Administration Building at 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Present your Rates Notice to the cashier.  Payments can be made via EFTPOS, cash, Mastercard or Visa card.

Option 1 - Pay in Full

Payment of the 2025/26 annual rates plus any **overdue interest was due on or before 19 September 2025 via a payment method stated on the notice or by direct debit.

(** A new full payment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should have been obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the full payment amount would have been increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 2 - Pay in 4 Instalments - (This option is no longer available for 2025/26.)

Payment of the 1st instalment plus any **overdue interest was due on or before 19 September 2025 via any payment method stated on the annual notice or by direct debit.

The 4 instalment dates are as follows:

1. 19 September 2025
2. 19 November 2025
3. 19 January 2026
4. 19 March 2026

(** A new 1st instalment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should have been obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the 1st instalment amount would have been increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 3 - EasyRates Weekly - (This option is no longer available for 2025/26.)

To elect this option required that the necessary form be completed and submitted on or before 17 September 2025. If this option was selected, then all future annual rate notices will be paid via weekly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date. 

The 2025/26 weekly direct debit dates are as follows:

Option 4 - EasyRates Fortnightly - (This option is no longer available for 2025/26.)

To elect this option required that the necessary form be completed and submitted on or before 17 September 2025. If this option was selected, then all future annual rate notices will be paid via fortnightly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.

 The 2025/26 fortnightly direct debit dates are as follows:

Option 5 - EasyRates Monthly - (This option is no longer available for 2025/26.)

To elect this option required that the necessary form be completed and submitted on or before 17 September 2025. If this option was selected, then all future annual rate notices will be paid via monthly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.
