Ratepayers can call our 24-hour secure payment line on 1300 276 468. Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted. You will need to enter your Property Reference Number.

In Person

You can pay your rates in person at City of Busselton Civic Administration Building at 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Present your Rates Notice to the cashier.  Payments can be made via EFTPOS, cash, Mastercard or Visa card.

Option 1 - Pay in Full

Pay your annual rate notice full amount plus any **overdue interest on or before 18 September 2026 via any payment method stated on the annual notice. Please complete and submit the Annual Rates Payment Option and Direct Debit Application Form on or before 16 September 2026 if you wish to pay in full by direct debit. If direct debit payment is undertaken then this will mean all future annual rate notices will be paid In Full by direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date. 

(** A new full payment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should be obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the full payment amount will be increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 2 - Pay in 4 Instalments 

Pay via four instalments on the following dates:

1. 18 September 2026
2. 18 November 2026
3. 18 January 2027
4. 18 March 2027

Pay your annual rate notice 1^st instalment amount plus any **overdue interest on or before 18 September 2026 via any payment method stated on the annual notice. Please complete and submit the Annual Rates Payment Option and Direct Debit Application Form on or before 16 September 2026 if you wish to pay the instalments by direct debit. If direct debit payment is undertaken then this will mean all future annual rate notices will be paid via 4 Instalments by direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date. 

(** A new 1st instalment amount inclusive of all interest accruals should be obtained by calling (08) 9781 0444 if not paying by direct debit.  If paying by direct debit, then the 1st instalment amount will be increased to include any overdue interest accruals.) 

Option 3 - EasyRates Weekly

Pay your annual rate notice via weekly direct debits. To elect this option requires the completion and submission of the Annual Rates Payment Option and Direct Debit Application Form on or before 16 September 2026. By electing this option means that all future annual rate notices will be paid via weekly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.

The 2026/27 weekly direct debits will be processed on the following dates.

(NOTE: The 1st direct debit amount will be increased to include any overdue interest accruals.)

** Direct debits will be processed on these days due to a public holiday. 

Option 4 - EasyRates Fortnightly 

Pay your annual rate notice via fortnightly direct debits. To elect this option requires the completion and submission of the Annual Rates Payment Option and Direct Debit Application Form on or before 16 September 2026. By electing this option means that all future annual rate notices will be paid via fortnightly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.

The 2026/27 fortnightly direct debits will be processed on the following dates.

** Direct debits will be processed on these days due to a public holiday.

Option 5 - EasyRates Monthly 

Pay your annual rate notice via monthly direct debits. To elect this option requires the completion and submission of the Annual Rates Payment Option and Direct Debit Application Form on or before 16 September 2026. By electing this option means that all future annual rate notices will be paid via monthly direct debit until this option is superseded by a new option or cancelled by the City, Bank or in writing by you (3) days prior to any payment date.
