Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal
The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purposes and public comments are invited.
Property: Lot 118 Warrior Court VASSE WA
Proposed Development: Child Care Premises
- Early learning and care services for up to a total of 114 children,
- Operating hours: 6.30am- 6.30pm Monday to Friday
- Staff number: A minimum of 20 staff
- Car parking bays: 32 spaces, including 1x accessible bay
- Bike parking bays: 4 spaces
- Vehicle entry point: Warrior Court
- Vehicle exit point: Ganges Lane

Please register online and complete the survey to make a submission regarding this proposal on or before 31 October 2025.
If you do not have access to the internet or a computer, the proposal is available for viewing and completing a submission online at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively using the computers at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.
Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
