Booking Information
To secure your booking you will need to submit the Contract of Hire Form and the Application to Consume Liquor form (if applicable).
If a fee is payable an invoice will be sent to you. Once payment has been received this will secure your booking. Your confirmation letter will then be issued.

Set up and clean up must be done within the time of your hire period selected.
Minimum booking 2 hours.
Charge for a full day booking is capped at 8 hours.
50% Cancellation fee if less than 1 week notice is given.

Please note there is no crockery, cutlery or kitchen equipment provided in this venue. All items in the YCAB Kitchen are not available to hirers, as they belong to the Youth Team.
