Community Resource Centre (CRC)

The CRC is located within the Busselton CBD, adjacent to the Busselton Library. Tenanted by various community organisations, the centre offers three modern meeting rooms available for hire.

A versatile meeting and training venue designed to accommodate a range of business and community needs.

Meeting Room 1, located on the ground floor is the largest of the meeting rooms and includes an outdoor alfresco area, providing convenient access outside business hours.

Meeting Room 2 and 3, located upstairs on the first floor are smaller meeting rooms divided by a retractable wall that can be opened to create one larger space.

There are kitchens and bathrooms located on both the ground and first floor. Shared use of these facilities is included when hiring the meeting rooms.

Please bring your own tea towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk as these are not supplied.

Booking Information

To secure your booking you will need to submit the Contract of Hire Form.

If a fee is payable an invoice will be sent to you. Once payment has been received this will secure your booking.

Your confirmation letter will then be issued.

Contract of Hire Form

Set up and clean up must be done within the time of your hire period selected

Minimum booking: 2 hours.

Charge for a full day booking is capped at 8 hours

Cancellations: 50% of hire value if less than 1 week notice

Please note:

Bookings require a minimum of one business days' notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate same day or next business day bookings.
No alcohol consumption is permitted in this venue
