City of Busselton will soon begin coastal protection works along Vincent Street and Bay View Crescent in Dunsborough.

Pursuant to clause 2.1 of the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020, the City provides notice of its intention to implement the following parking restrictions within two Busselton Foreshore carparks.

Pursuant to clause 2.1 of the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020, the City provides notice of its intention to implement the following parking restrictions within Cape Clairault carpark and road reserve, and Injidup carpark and a portion of Wyadup road reserve.

The City of Busselton will be undertaking gravel resheeting works along Chugg Road, from Chapman Hill Road to Jalbarragup Road.

The City of Busselton will be undertaking gravel resheeting and drainage upgrade works along Oates Road.

Tenders closing at 2.00pm (AWST) Wednesday 14 October 2026 are invited for a suitable supplier to design, reconstruct and resurface College Avenue, Busselton between SLK 0.60 and SLK 2.22. The works include pavement reconstruction of nominated sections, profiling and asphalt resurfacing, traffic management, line marking and associated works.

Tenders closing at 2pm (AWST) Friday 2 October 2026 are invited for a suitable supplier to design and install solar panels and batteries to various City of Busselton owned buildings including the Geographe Leisure Centre, Naturaliste Community Centre, City Administration Building, Busselton Jetty Interpretative Centre and Underwater Observatory.

Tenders closing at 2.00pm on Wednesday 30 September 2026 are invited for a suitable supplier to supply and place spray seal and asphalt, including ancillary works.

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held 10 June 2026, Council resolved to adopt a monthly Ordinary Council Meeting schedule for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year, resulting in changes to the Council and Committee meeting dates which were previously advertised.

The City of Busselton will be undertaking works along Queen Elizabeth Avenue.

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No. 21 Amendment No. 61 on 4 May 2026 for the purpose of aligning the scheme with the land use categories and permissibility for short-term rental accommodation in accordance with the deemed provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
