ADOPTION OF City of Busselton Holiday Homes Amendment Local Law 2022

The City of Busselton has resolved to adopt the City of Busselton Holiday Homes Amendment Local Law 2022.

Purpose: To regulate the registration and management of holiday homes within the district by amending sections of the City of Busselton Holiday Homes Local Law 2012.

Effect: To control the use of holiday homes by reducing the time within which a Manager must respond to issues.

A copy of the local law may be inspected, and a copy obtained at the City’s Administration Building, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, on the City’s website and at any public library within the City of Busselton during normal opening hours.

This local law was gazetted on 11 October 2022 and will come into operation on 25 October 2022.
