City of Busselton - Adoption of City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020

The City of Busselton has resolved to adopt the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020.

Purpose: To regulate and control the movement and parking of vehicles throughout the district.

Effect: To provide a well-regulated parking environment for all persons in the district.

A copy of the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020 may be inspected at or obtained from the City Office at Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday; on the City of Busselton website or at any public library within the City of Busselton during normal opening hours.

This local law was gazetted on 5 January 2021 and will come into operation on 20 January 2021.
