Applications Now Open - Recreational Sporting Grounds & Hard Courts - Outdoor Exercise Permits - Summer Season - 2025 - 2026

Applications are invited from Sporting Clubs requiring the use of City reserves, including hard courts during the 2025-2026 Summer Season (6 October 2025 – 23 March 2026).

Apply or renew existing Outdoor Exercise permits via www.busselton.wa.gov.au/seasonal-sporting-ground-hire.aspx

Completed applications must to be returned to Venue Support Services no later than 4.00pm, Tuesday 16 September 2025.

From applications received, all ground usage will be scheduled and ground/court hire/permit fees will be raised.

GST will be proportionally applied to all ground usage within the City.
