Declaration of filling extraordinary vacancy without extraordinary election

In accordance with Schedule 4.1A of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA) it was declared that, following the resignation of Councillor Cherise Woodhams on 22 November 2023, the extraordinary vacancy for the office of Councillor has been filled by Valerie Kaigg, as the first unelected candidate, with a term ending on 18 October 2025.
