Declaration of filling extraordinary vacancy without extraordinary election

In accordance with Schedule 4.1A of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA) it was declared that, following the resignation of Councillor Sue Riccelli effective from 14 February 2024, the extraordinary vacancy for the office of Councillor has been filled by Richard Beecroft, as the second unelected candidate, with a term ending on 16 October 2027.
