Fern Road and Eagle Bay–Meelup Road - Footpath Works

The City of Busselton will be undertaking footpath renewal works along sections of Fern Road and Eagle Bay–Meelup Road, Eagle Bay.

The works will involve removing and replacing the existing asphalt footpaths to improve their condition and provide safer, more accessible paths for pedestrians.

Works are scheduled as follows:

  • Fern Road: Commencing mid October 2026, with completion expected within approximately one week.
  • Eagle Bay–Meelup Road: Commencing late October 2026, with completion expected within approximately one week.

Works will be undertaken progressively across the two locations, weather permitting.

Traffic management will be in place during construction. Both roads will remain open to traffic, however short delays may occur while travelling through the area. Pedestrian access will be temporarily diverted while works are underway. Please follow all traffic management signage and directions.
