Intention to Borrow Funds - Section 6.20 of the Local Government Act 1995

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 6.20 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Busselton proposes to borrow funds in the current financial year as outlined below.

Details of Proposed Borrowing

• Purpose of borrowing: Finalisation of Saltwater Construction Project
• Amount to be borrowed: $3,500,000
• Lender: WA Treasury Corporation
• Term of loan: 10 years
