Intention to Borrow

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 6.20 (2) of the Local Government Act 1995 of the City of Busselton’s intention to exercise the power to borrow money.

At its meeting on 23 February 2022, Council resolved by absolute majority to borrow an amount of up to $10M for the purpose of providing debt funding for the Busselton Performing Arts and Convention Centre Project for a period of up to 20 years.
