Long Term Lease and Re-development - Busselton Jetty Tourist Park

The City of Busselton is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the Busselton Jetty Tourist Park.

Offers will be considered by the City to determine whether any offer would be to the City’s advantage and, if so, may result in negotiations with the preferred proponent(s) with a view of entering into an agreement with the City.

The Park is optimally located, along Marine Terrace in Busselton, Western Australia, a short distance from the heritage listed Busselton Jetty, the CBD and foreshore. It is currently operated by park managers under a contract arrangement on behalf of the City.
