Pursuant to Regulation 20 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby provided that the Council resolved on 19 April 2023 to prepare a new local planning scheme.

The Council has also resolved to introduce a partial moratorium on further amendments to Local Planning Scheme No. 21. The terms of the partial moratorium are set out in the Council Policy titled Partial Moratorium on Scheme Amendments.
