Structure Plan Amendment available for inspection - Proposed Amendment No. 8 – Dunsborough Lakes Structure Plan, Lot 9075 Waterville Road Dunsborough

The City of Busselton advises a structure plan has been lodged to amend the existing adopted Dunsborough Lakes Structure Plan (Amendment No. 8).

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to modify the future zoning, subdivision and development guidance for Lot 9075 Waterville Road, Dunsborough.

The City is welcoming comments on the proposed structure plan with the proposal open for community consultation from 12 June 2026 and closing 24 July 2026.

Hard copies of the proposal are available for inspection at the City of Busselton Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton, during office hours.
