Use of Reserve Section - 6.11 of the Local Government Act 1995

In accordance with section 6.11 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Busselton hereby gives notice of its intention to use the money in a reserve account for a different purpose to the current reserve purpose, as outlined below:

• Reserve account name and purpose: Airport Reserve - to set aside, hold and provide funding for all capital, maintenance and operational requirements of the Airport.
• Proposed use: Finalisation of Saltwater Construction Project
• Amount to be use: $3,000,000
