Forage and Bloom

Saturday 8th August 2026

Forage & Bloom: Discover the art of creating your everyday floral arrangement.

Gather with fellow flower lovers for this hands-on seasonal vase arrangement workshop led by luxe floral designer Elysia Tsangarides, featuring locally grown blooms, farm-foraged foliage and winter floral favourites from afar.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to create a balanced, natural and beautiful (AKA magazine-worthy) floral arrangement for the home using seasonal flowers and foliage.
  • How to select, cut and prepare foliage from your own garden, as well as where to source seasonal blooms and greenery throughout the year.

You'll leave with your own handcrafted arrangement to show off at home. And the skills and creative confidence to recreate the look time and again.

What’s included:

  • All florals, a vase, tools and equipment for each participant
  • Full guidance through the creative process
  • A guided forage around the farm
  • Grazing, a wine or two, tea and coffee, and water
