PUBLIC NOTICE

UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995

Public Notice that the City has received a proposal and is considering disposing of this property, by way of lease, made under the Local Government Act 1995, Section 3.58 (3) and (4):

1. Description of Property: Part Lot 361, Deposited Plan 18276, 4 Queen Street Busselton, Reserve 35361, being approx. 53m².

2. Details of Disposition: 

  1. Tenant: Baela Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 678 820 445)
  2. Consideration: The rent is $16,222.50 per annum (excluding GST and outgoings) being the current market rent plus 3% with CPI rent reviews on each anniversary.
  3. Lease Term: 2 years with an option for further 2 years plus 1 year.
  4. Commencement Date: 1 June 2027
  5. Market Rent Value: $ 15,750.00 per annum (exclusive of GST and outgoings) valuation dated 10 June 2026.

Submissions are invited in relation to the proposed disposition, to be made in writing to the City of Busselton, Locked Bag 1, Busselton WA 6280 by close of business on 13 July 2026.
