PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995

Proposed Lease -  Portion of Lot 301 Sues Road Yalyalup

Public Notice that the City has received a proposal and is considering disposing of this property, by way of lease, made under the Local Government Act 1995, Section 3.58 (3) and (4):

  1. Description of Property: Portion Lot 301, Deposited Plan 419484, 109 Sues Road, Yalyalup, being approximately 116m²

  2. Details of Disposition:
  1. Tenant: Indara Corporation Pty Ltd
  2. Consideration: The rent is $18,000 per annum (excluding GST and outgoings) with the rent to increase by 3% on each anniversary.
  3. Lease Term:  overall duration of 20 years
  4. Break clauses at 15 years, 10 years and 5 years from the expiration of the Term exercisable by the tenant.
  5. Market Rent Value: $ 21,000 per annum (exclusive of GST and outgoings) valuation dated 23 September 2025. Resolution of Council C2606/177 declaring that the valuation is a true indication of the market value.

Submissions are invited in relation to the proposed disposition, to be made in writing to the City of Busselton, Locked Bag 1, Busselton WA 6280 by close of business on Monday 6 July 2026 .
