The City of Busselton advises that temporary closures and restricted access will be in place at the Georgette Street Boat Ramp, Busselton and Quindalup Boat Ramp, Quindalup from mid-June 2026 due to beach nourishment works. The works will include moving sand from sections of the beach and relocating it to areas experiencing erosion.

Works are expected to take approximately 1 to 2 weeks (weather permitting).

What to expect

  • Limited access to affected boat ramps during the works
  • Temporary traffic management in place at both access points
  • Short-term disruptions while works are completed

The City appreciates your patience and cooperation while these important works are completed. For more information, please contact the Civil Works Team on (08) 9781 0444 or email city@busselton.wa.gov.au.
